When is the Christmas at the Village Green Open?

The event is open most nights from Friday, November 24th through Sunday, December 31st from 5pm to 9pm.

It is closed Nov. 27-29 and Dec. 4-6, 11-13, 24th &  25th.

What is the price per person?

The price varies each night. Please visit our CALENDAR page for pricing on specific nights. Children 4 and under are always free, and children 17 & under are free on Thursday nights.

Are you open if it rains?

Yes, we are open rain or shine! There are several covered areas for sitting, warming up and eating. You are welcome to bring umbrellas to the event.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all the food, drink and ticket vendors are able to accept credit cards or cash. Most of the vendors are able to accept credit cards and cash as well but some may not. Please visit our VENDOR page and contact them directly with any questions.

What kind of food and drinks are at the event?

We offer a variety of food options, including: bratwursts, hot dogs, tri tip sandwiches, German potato salad and more. Please visit the MENU page for our current selection.

Drinks include hot chocolate, coffee, hot buttered rum, our famous gluhwein, a traditional German mulled wine served warm, and more.

Can I park at the event?

Yes. Parking at the Village Green Resort is free every night during the 2017 market. Please visit our PARKING page for more information.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do not currently offer any discounts; however, admission on Thursday, Nov. 30th is FREE. Children 4 & under are free every night of the event, and children 17 & under are free on Thursdays with school ID.

The best way to save is to book a hotel package. Visit the Village Green Resort’s website for more information about the holiday package.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the event.

How do I become a Vendor at the Market?

How do I become an Entertainer at the event?

Please contact Connie at Connieo@moonstonehotels.com. You can also check the CALENDAR for available dates.

How do I become an Employee at the event?

Please fill out the employment application here. We will contact you shortly after. Contact Connie at connieo@moonstonehotels.com with any questions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may bring your printed ticket to the event or show it on your smart phone at the gate. Tickets can also be looked up by your last name at the gate, just present your ID.

What is the refund policy?

Sorry, there are no refunds. In the event that the event closes unexpectedly, tickets will be refunded automatically.
